A Healing Clock
By Claudia Berenguer
From our earliest learning years, humans have been taught to read time clockwise. The 12th number at the top is marked by quarters that rotate from left to right. We are taught that the winter solstice culminates our year with the shortest day on December 21 and a ten-day countdown to December 31. By placing this concept on a clockwise chronological clock, we can see that reading December as a 12 month teaches us to look at the seasons in a distorted way (See Figure A below)..
It is possible that this was planned to make our bodies more susceptible to disease. After all, the winter months are often associated and referred to as “cold and flu season”. Humans utilize clocks to establish work schedules. This perpetuates a linear perception of time, characterized by the use of words such as "deadlines," "timelines," "terminal," “temporal” and "termination" When observing the clock from left to right, it appears as though the seasons are moving in reverse: winter, fall, summer, and spring rotating backwards. This can create a sense of time's progression, leading to the perception that our youth is transient, and we are moving towards aging and mortality prompting our "retire/men/t".

The division of a 24-hour period into 12-hour intervals indicates the completion of a day. When viewed on a clockwise clock, this movement appears in the reverse direction because the Earth spins counterclockwise from east to west. This raises the question of whether clockwise rotation was deliberately engineered to influence our perception of time, conditioning us to see it as a form of lagging transcendence rather than positive evolution. Could the utilization of a chronological clock be a means to implement chronic dis-ease?
The counterclockwise rotation of the clock in Figure B illustrates an opportunity to co-create ideas that have the potential to transform humanity daily. This process involves the generation of novel concepts as the sun rises in the east and the implementation of meticulously planned designs throughout the day until it sets in the west. If you are facing north, this movement is right to left or counterclockwise

You can say that the mental body creates or begins a thought that moves to construct and influence the physical and emotional evolution as the spiritual purifies it to be noble and progressive. See Figure B and the placement of the elements. Air/East = Mental Body, Earth/West = Physical Body, Water/South = Emotional body, and Fire/North = Spiritual Body.
As humans, we establish a natural equilibrium to align with the creative element of the universe. Our positive and energetic contributions are the driving force of the universe. This reciprocal relationship enables us to evolve and reset, rather than succumbing to fear and perceived limitations, such as viewing the winter months as lacking or calling gray hair “the winter of our life.”
Like the seasons and the signs of the zodiac, humans evolve counterclockwise with the universe in waves of energy that help heal each part of the body through the 12 aspects of Deity. This process begins with the Spring Equinox and the zodiac sign of Aries. Aries is associated with the head and face, thus marking the start of a new cycle of growth and healing, like the rebirth of spring. Each month in this sequence is designed to facilitate healing creation. This means that the entire body can undergo rejuvenation during each month of the year through a counterclockwise 360-degree rotation.

Therefore, I want to dispel the notion of time as deteriorating and declare:
I AM an evolutionary creation recognizing that the 12 aspects of the Zodiac form the 13 aspects of the Christ within me.
I AM the 13-aspect positioned at the nexus of the 12 as a complete unit of health and gained wisdom.
I SEE and recognize the 12 opportunities available to me to co-create, achieve and evolve in all stages of my yearly evolutions, incorporating gained knowledge into my life.
I AM committed to personal growth, and dismiss any thoughts of chronological devolution in my mental, emotional, spiritual and physical well-being.
I AM the Spring Equinox co-creating and implementing budding ideas that will revolutionize and transform my physical body, my mental body, my spiritual body and my emotional body.
I honor the Winter Solstice as a period for collective knowledge and release the visual programming that called it Old Father Time.
I AM a unique and growing seed in the life cycles of the Earth.
I AM the eternal reseeding and rejuvenation of myself.
I SEE every day as an opportunity to innovate, heal, and reform all quadrants of my Self.
